Nicholas Schiavetti retired in 2004 after a 35 year career in the field of Communicative Disorders and Sciences. He was the co-author with the late Ira M. Ventry of the 1st two editions of Evaluating Research in Speech Pathology and Audiology and with co-author Dale Evan Metz, he wrote the 3rd, 4th, and 5th editions of this graduate textbook, Evaluating Research in Communicative Disorders,published by Allyn & Bacon.
